Ashkin Mittal is an experienced property developer and has a large portfolio of vibrant residential, retail and commercial spaces. Hamptworth remains the jewel of his portfolio.
Ashkin started his property business nearly 30 years ago, when he inherited his fathers business of trading building materials. From there, he diversified into property development and has since successfully delivered numerous high performing developments. His expertise spans site acquisition, design, construction and leasing. All his projects have meet both, community needs and investor, expectations. His projects have received several accolades and he regularly features in property publications

Deven Punjabi
Deven Punjabi is an Actuary by profession. He leads Legal and General’s (UK’s largest insurer and investment manager) funded reinsurance teams. He has lead the risk management and financing on several multi-billion pound projects
Deven is a keen golfer and has joined Ashkin to deliver his vision for Hamptowrth. He will be the key liaison for all investors and will ensure full transparency, compliance and communication.
